Well, the second in the Joyful Noise Flexidisc series has been spinning on my turntable these past few weeks. It’s a quirky little number by Chicago’s, Make Believe, titled Can’t Tell Cop From Cap. The band began as a live mutation of Joan of Arc and fittingly this song is a live mutation of their Can’t Tell Cop From Cab off their legendary LP, Shock of Being.
